Ingredients
- 8 Quorn Cheesy Nacho Nuggs
- 2 flatbreads
- 30g lettuce
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- Crushed tortilla chips (optional)
For the smashed avocado:
- 1 small avocado
- Juice of ½ a lime
- Salt & pepper
For the homemade taco sauce:
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- Juice of ½ a lime
Method
- Air fry the Quorn Cheesy Nacho Nuggs according to pack instructions.
- While the Quorn Cheesy Nacho nuggs cook, slice your lettuce and tomatoes and make your smashed avocado and homemade taco sauce by combining the ingredients above.
- Load your flatbread with the chopped lettuce and tomatoes, smashed avocado, Quorn Cheesy Nacho Nuggs and drizzle with some homemade taco sauce. Top with the optional crushed tortilla chips.
- Wrap up in foil or baking paper and enjoy!
