Ingredients
- 2 Quorn Burgers
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 8 sheets of filo pastry
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 portabello mushrooms
- 60g mozzarella, sliced in half
- 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220c/200c fan
- Gently fry the mushrooms and Quorn Burgers in the olive oil a few minutes each side until the burgers are starting to brown and the mushrooms are juicy and tender. Season the mushrooms with black pepper
- Lay your first sheet of filo pastry on a baking tray, brush with melted butter, top with another sheet and keep going, brushing each sheet with butter until you have 4 layers
- Place a burger in the centre of the pastry, top with the mushroom, then the mozzarella and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce.
- Gather the edges of the pastry together firmly in a parcel
- Do the same for the next parcel, then brush both with the remaining butter
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden
