  • 300g Quorn Pieces
  • 400g vine tomatoes + extra to serve
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
  • 8 large free-range eggs
  • 250ml cream
  • 7t sp (35ml) nutritional yeast
  • 1 (4g) clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 180g vegetaian mozzarella, torn
