Ingredients
- 280g Quorn Pieces
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large carrot
- 1/2 bunch of spring onions
- 1/2 small cabbage head
- 1/2 large onion
- 454g yakisoba noodles
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp vegetarian worcester sauce
Method
- Combine sugar, soy, oyster sauce, ketchup and worchester sauce and set aside
- Prepare the vegetables by cutting into fine batons
- Cook noodles as per package instructions
- In a wok or large saucepan fry off all the vegetables for a few minutes to give a little colour
- Add sautéed veggies, Quorn Pieces and the sauce ingredients to the pan and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes and serve
Chefs tip
Rinse your freshly cooked noodles with lots of cold water so they don’t stick together when you add to the sauce
