A Little Effort

  • 2 Quorn Burgers
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 8 sheets of filo pastry
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 portabello mushrooms
  • 60g mozzarella, sliced in half
  • 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 220c/200c fan

  4. Place a burger in the centre of the pastry, top with the mushroom, then the mozzarella and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce.
  5. Gather the edges of the pastry together firmly in a parcel
  6. Do the same for the next parcel, then brush both with the remaining butter
  7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden
