Recommended cooking instructions for all Quorn products can be found on the reverse of each pack and on the product page. For best results, we'd recommend that you follow these tried and tested instructions. If you choose to cook Quorn a different way then please make sure it is piping hot all the way through before enjoying. If you’re looking for some tasty meal inspiration then why not try one of our recipes.
You can freeze many of our products. Please refer to individual pack instructions for more information. If a product is not marked as suitable for home freezing, we wouldn’t advise freezing at home.
Yes, you can freeze Quorn once it has been cooked. As long as your meal is cold before freezing and all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can keep it in the freezer for up to a month.
When you're ready to enjoy, simply defrost fully in the fridge and then cook it within 24 hours ensuring the food is piping hot throughout before serving.
You can keep Quorn in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours. Products can then be cooked according to pack instructions and refrozen for up to a month.
Once cooked, if you have any Quorn leftovers these can be stored in the fridge. Simply make sure they're cool, then cover and refrigerate. We would advise that you use your leftovers within 48 hours and when reheating, ensure the food is piping hot throughout before serving. Remember, don’t reheat more than once.
To oven cook Quorn Tantalising Tikka Masala, simply preheat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Decant the rice & sauce into an oven proof dish and cover, before cooking on the middle shelf for 25 minutes. Please ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. These are guidelines only and our recommendations for cooking are on the pack.
You can eat some Quorn products from our deli, savoury snacks and food cupboard ranges without cooking them. We do not recommend that you eat any other Quorn products without cooking them first. Please follow the cooking instructions on pack.
Quorn is perfectly safe to reheat, so long as it has been kept nice and cool in the fridge and is eaten within 48 hours. Please ensure that the food is piping hot throughout before serving and remember, don’t reheat more than once.
You can cook with Quorn Mince in a variety of ways. It is a truly versatile ingredient and it’s so quick to turn out delicious and satisfying recipes. You can find the cooking instructions for Quorn Mince here. Any leftovers can be frozen or refrigerated and served up when you're short of time. For best results, we recommend cooking Quorn Pieces on the hob. For chilled Pieces, simply heat your sauce (approx. 500g) then add Quorn Pieces (350g). Stir, cover and simmer for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. If using frozen Pieces, allow to simmer for 12 minutes.

Yes, Quorn ready to eat deli products can certainly be used to cook with. Just use Quorn deli, in your recipes as you would other deli products - but keep in mind that the cooking times will most likely be shorter. You can marinate Quorn from chilled or frozen. To allow the flavour to be absorbed, we suggest marinating for a minimum of 30 minutes but you could leave it to marinate overnight. The longer the marinade time, the more the Quorn product will take on your choice of delicious flavours. If marinating overnight, make sure you keep the mix in the fridge.
Quorn Sausages can be cooked from frozen and be on your plate in less than 15 minutes. Simply brush with a little oil and oven bake or fry in a little oil on the hob following the cooking instructions. Cooking with Quorn using a slow cooker isn't recommended as cooking at low temperatures for a long time can change its texture. Please follow the cooking instructions on pack for best results.
No. To cook the Quorn Roast, pierce the film around the roast, but do not remove, leaving metal end clips in place. For more info, check out our full cooking instructions.
Frozen Quorn Pieces are quick, convenient and easy to cook. For best results, simply heat your sauce (approx. 500g) then add your Pieces (300g). Stir, cover and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more info, check out our full cooking instructions.
Yes, you can air fry the Quorn Roast. For best results, we do recommend cooking Quorn Roast in the oven. For more info, check out our full cooking instructions.

Quorn Mince takes on the flavour of whatever it is cooked in, so it's delicious whether cooked in a cottage pie and spaghetti Bolognese or a spicier dish such as curry or tacos.

Quorn frozen range Brilliant Bangers should be stored in the freezer. Many of our products are suitable for freezing at home, these products say 'suitable for home freezing' on the packaging. We would advise freezing for a maximum of three months.

The clips at each end of the Quorn Roast packaging should prevent excessive leaking when cooking, however on occasions where the clips are a little loose, your Roast may leak a little.
