This Vegan Christmas centrepiece is packed full of colourful Winter vegetables, our Quorn Vegan Cracking Cranberry Balls, Vegan Cumberland Sausages and topped off with cranberries and chestnuts. Delicious!
1 small butternut squash (approx. 900g), chopped into wedges with skin left on
6 sage leaves
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp oil
40g dried cranberries
70g cooked chestnuts
Preheat your oven to 200C.
Line a roasting tray with greaseproof paper and place the onion, garlic, squash and sage leaves in to the tray. Season with the salt and pepper and drizzle with the oil. Transfer to the oven to cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the Quorn Cracking Cranberry Balls and the Quorn Vegan Cumberland Sausages. Sprinkles over the dried cranberries and chestnuts. Transfer back to the oven to cook for a further 16 minutes.
