- 1 large double burger
- 1 vegan brioche bun sliced in half
- Green pea hummus
- Thinly sliced pickled carrots
- Bean sprouts
- Vegan mayonnaise
- Grill or fry the Quorn Ultimate Burger by following the packaging instructions.
- Assemble the burger using the bottom half of the brioche bun, green pea hummus, Quorn Ultimate Burger, kale, pickled carrots, bean sprouts, vegan mayonnaise. Repeat this for another layer and top it with the second half of the brioche bun.
