Ingredients

  • 3 Quorn Spinach and Red Pepper Slices
  • 1 slice of sourdough bread
  • ½ avocado
  • Chioggia Beetroot
  • Golden Beetroot
  • 2 radishes
  • Cress
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Toast the bread. Crush the avocado and mix with salt and pepper. Slice the beetroots and radishes thinly.
  2. Add the Spinach and Pepper slices to the bread. Layer with avocado, beetroots, radishes and cress. Add salt and pepper to taste.
